Amar Jaffrey, male, Pakistani national, former Minister of State Security of Pakistan, currently Director General of Pakistan Information Technology Centre and Founder Chairman/CEO of Pakistan Information Security Association (PISA); Chairman, ISACA (International Professional Association Focusing on IT Governance), Islamabad; Chairman of Pakistan's National Cyber Security Task Force; Founder/President of E-Pakistan 2025; Founder/President of Pakistan Digital Vision 2030; From 1984 to 2001, he founded and led the Pakistan Cybercrime Response Center (NR3C), Integrated Border Management System (IBMS), and Digital Forensic Laboratory. He was the founding Program Director of Border Control Systems and NR3C.
