Lorenzo Gonzo is a consultant at the International Technology Exchange Alliance in Beijing. From September 2016 to August 2022, he worked as Science and Technology Counselor at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Italy and was stationed in Chongqing, China. His duties included: promoting bilateral scientific and technological innovation cooperation in academic and industrial fields; Management, supervision and evaluation of R&D projects; Analyze technological innovation trends and explore new technologies; Organizing visits and meetings of scientific research institutions for Italian and Chinese delegations; Organize forums and seminars, and give speeches on technological innovation at large conferences. From September 2012 to August 2016, he worked as a technical specialist at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Italy in Rome, Italy.
