Balogh Andras Zoltan came to China to serve as the First Secretary of the Hungarian Embassy in 2021, mainly responsible for science and technology. He has extensive work experience in the management consulting industry, skilled in innovation development, international relations, grant management, IPR, technology and grant evaluation in Horizon 2020 and Europe.? Formerly served as the Director of Innovation at Semmelweis University (renowned medical university of Hungary), an expert at the European Commission's Small and Medium Enterprise Innovation Executive Directorate, and a professional advisor to the National Development Agency.
